Attempted Garage Burglary - West View Avenue, Burley in Wharfedale LS29

Dear Resident,

At 3.45pm on 28/02/2026. a doorbell camera captured footage of an unknown male approaching an address on West View Avenue, Burley in Wharfedale. The suspect can be seen to approach the front door and press the doorbell then wait around for a short time before walking down the driveway and trying the garage door. No entry is gained and the suspect makes off on foot. 

The suspect is described as being 5'08" to 5"10" tall, dark ginger looking facial hair, he was wearing a black baseball cap, dark blue Berghaus jacket, black Berghaus tracksuit bottoms. He was also carrying a black duffel bag with red straps.
